Acoustic Performance (BREEAM HEA05)
What is a BREEAM HEA05 credit ?
This BREEAM credit ensures that a building’s sound insulation meets the approved standard for its purpose. A Suitably Qualified Acoustician (SQA) must carry out an assessment of the built form specification, typical arrangement and fit out specification for the building type and any external factors that are likely to affect the indoor ambient noise levels. The acoustician will then produce a report and the credits awarded will be based on the test results and performance of the building. WPSCC can assist you in obtaining this credit.
