The Myddelton Lodge Project – S106 Requirements
The Myddelton Lodge project commenced in December 2015 and was completed in August 2018. The project involved the demolition of some of the outbuildings in the grounds of Myddelton Lodge, refurbishment of the Lodge itself and the construction of a luxury 7* private Lodge.
Solihull Community Fire Station
The Solihull Community Fire Station project started in August 2010 and completed in March 2011. It was a refurbishment project to a masonry/brick and block frame construction representing a floor area of approximately 1740m2
EME Installations Ltd Control Room, Reading
The Control Room project, in Reading, started in November 2010 and completed in May 2011. It was a fit out project to the control room of a concrete frame construction representing a floor area of approximately 1250m2.
