As with everything else that WPSCC provides, our Considerate Constructors Scheme consultancy packages are flexible and can be tailored to suit your needs.
A package can vary from a simple one-day introductory session for a Site Manager, leading to achieving compliance, up to a comprehensive package whereby we visit site monthly and provide total support targeting a score of 40 plus points.

Being part of the Considerate Constructors Scheme means you are also compliant with BREEAM Man 03 Construction Site Impacts Standard. This covers the monitoring, recording and reporting of energy, water and transport consumption data.
Other plans which are required for BREEAM Man 03 and/or the Considerate Constructors Scheme include Water Management Plans, Carbon Monitoring Procedures, Responsible Sourcing of Site Timber, Environmental Management Systems, Green Travel Plans and Traffic Management Plans, and Energy Management Plans.
