Can any of your waste be turned into a new, non-waste product or material?

We can advise whether any materials may be suitable to process under a Quality Protocol/ Resource Framework, e.g. Aggregates from Inert Waste, bringing it to End of Waste Status and therefore out of the waste legislative control.

Current Quality Protocols are being reviewed and if maintained will be converted to a Resource Framework. If a suitable protocol or framework isn’t available, we can help you conduct a self-assessment on your ‘waste’ to see if it could meet the End of Waste test and liaise with the Environment Agency’s Definition of Waste Service to help you determine if you can reach End of Waste Status.
