What is required for a New permit?

When you request that WPS compiles a New Permit Application for you, we first carry out a Scoping Exercise. You can watch this video to see more about this. This is to determine:

  • Whether indeed you do need a Permit?
  • What type of Permit you require and who the Regulator for that will be?
  • What the Regulator’s Fees might be?
  • What other documents you may require to be produced and appended to any necessary Application?
  • The cost for us to compile the Application, together with any accompanying necessary documents.
