We are very proud to announce that WPS has become a CLOCS Champion!

Between 2008 and 2013, 55% of cyclist fatalities in London involved a heavy goods vehicle, with a disporportionate number being from construction vehicles. This is why we are dedicated to helping to improve road safety within the construction industry.

CLOCS (Construction Logistics and Community Safety) was created with the aim to revolutionise the management of work related road risk and embed a road safety culture across the industry, something we thoroughly support.

WPS role as a CLOCS champion involves us actively promoting the adoption and implementation of the CLOCS Standard to all of our clients, alongside running awareness workshops for any clients, potential clients, and interested parties to attend.

We know that this will make a massive difference to the public perception of the construction industry, as well as to the safety of all vulnerable road users, so are very excited about this opportunity.

WPS are looking forward to working in partnership with CLOCS to be able to engage with the industry to ensure that a road safety culture and a common standard are embedded right through the supply chain.
