Enhancing The Ecology (BREEAM LE04)
What is a BREEAM LE04 credit ?
The aim of this credit is to encourage actions to be taken to enhance the ecological value of the site as a result of the development.
This requires a suitable qualified ecologist to confirm that the recommendations of the Ecology Report for the enhancement of site ecology have been implemented in the final design and build, and that this will result in an increase in ecological value of the site.
