Long-Term Impact On Biodiversity (BREEAM LE05)
What is a BREEAM LE05 credit ?
The LE05 (BREEAM 2014) credit previously placed focus on the contractor, requiring them to carry out a number of actions such as appointing a site Biodiversity Champion to be responsible for giving toolbox talks and keeping a biodiversity logbook.
In BREEAM 2018 you still require a management plan, but the main requirement is a commitment to maintain the site’s ecological features and ensure that the enhancements are not left unmanaged after the building’s handover.
WPSCC can assist you in obtaining this credit.
