Material Efficiency (BREEAM MAT06)
What does BREEAM material efficiency aim to do ?
This BREEAM Credit aims to recognise and encourage measures to optimise material efficiency in order to minimise the environmental impact of materials use and also waste predicted from the proposed construction project.
A clear framework has to be documented and tracked through the design and construction phases of a project.
The documents produced should set out aims, objectives, targets, performance indicators, opportunities, constraints and responsibilities to guide material efficiency activities.
WPSCC can assist you in obtaining this credit.
