Are Site Waste Management Plans Still Required?
Site Waste Management Plan (SWMP) A Site Waste Management Plan (SWMP) is used to plan, implement, monitor and review waste minimization and management in construction
Materials management is an important part of planning your construction project. Your plan should include what materials you will be using, how much you will need, and how and where it will be sourced.
MMPs are required for compliance with BREEAM Mat 03 Responsible Sourcing of Materials Standard. Other plans which are required to meet this standard include local procurement strategies and sustainable procurement policies.
PLEASE NOTE: We also provide Material Management Plans as part of the CL:aire process in relation to materials management – please contact us for further information.
