Specific Planning Documents
Which documents do you need to complete your project?
At WPSCC we have been successfully producing the variety of Planning documents that Planners are continuously asking for, whether that be a Construction Management Plan (CMP) to outline how a site will be operated, to a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP), which could be required to focus on reducing the impact of Noise and/or dust on the locale of a site.
Construction Management Plans/Statements (CMP & CMS)
Planning conditions frequently require a Construction Management Plan to be submitted prior to commencement of any works.
Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP)
Often required for planning, a Construction Environmental Management Plan details the impacts of a construction development.
Construction Logistics Plans (CLP / CTMP & TMP)
As the construction phase of any development has an effect on the environment of the local community as well as the safety and congestion of both the local and regional road networks.
Air Quality (AQDMP/AQDRA)
Many Planners will require an Air Quality and Dust Risk Assessment (AQDRA) or Management Plan (AQDMP) to be carried out prior to works commencing on a construction site.
Operational / Occupational Waste Management Plans (OWMP)
With more and more planners particularity in and around London becoming more sensitive to waste collection and recycling levels, OWMPs are becoming a much more required addition to a Planning Application.
Noise (NDV Plans)
Planning authorities are becoming more conscious of the effects a construction site can have on its neighbouring environment. Noise, dust and vibration monitoring are becoming more necessary.
Water Management Plans (WMP)
Water monitoring and management is becoming essential for construction sites, with respect to achieving targets under the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
