This course will ensure that you understand the legal Duty of Care for the waste that is produced or handled. It is applicable for any size of organisation, anyone who needs to ensure that waste is appropriately controlled to ensure compliance with your legal obligations and for anyone who interacts with the transfer of waste and its related records.
Waste Auditing
The Waste Auditing course will ensure that you understand the role Waste Auditing can play in order to ensure waste is being managed in accordance with the Waste Hierarchy, Duty of Care and other legal requirements. It is applicable to any size of organisation, anyone who needs to ensure that waste is appropriately controlled to ensure compliance with your legal obligations, anyone who interacts with the transfer of waste and its related records.
Waste Classification: WM3
This training course will ensure that delegates understand how to correctly use the list of wastes, as found in the current version of the Waste Classification Technical Guidance – WM3. Identifying the appropriate code is vital for compliance with your Waste Duty of Care and is also the first step in waste classification.
Hazardous Waste Regulations
This training course will ensure that delegates understand how to comply with the Hazardous Waste Regulations including an awareness of how to correctly classify waste as hazardous or non-hazardous.
