Duty Of Care
The waste Duty of Care applies to everyone that handles waste. This course will ensure that you understand the legal Duty of Care for the waste that is produced or handled. It is applicable for any size of organisation, anyone who needs to ensure that waste is appropriately controlled to ensure compliance with your legal obligations and for anyone who interacts with the transfer of waste and its related records.
Waste Auditing
The Waste Auditing course will ensure you are able to recognise and utilise the key data required for effective management of wastes and key legislative drivers. You will also be able to plan and deliver an appropriate waste audit.
Intro to Environmental Permitting
A totally unique, practical Environmental Permitting course, delivering not just the theory, i.e. the Regulations and Enforcement information, but also the practical application of the ‘rules’, i.e. How to use the Schedules and more, so for any activity that a company or client asks about, you will be able to identify the Permit that is required and then work out what is required for the Application.
Waste Classification: WM3
This training course will ensure that delegates understand how to correctly use the list of wastes, as found in the current version of the Waste Classification Technical Guidance – WM3. Identifying the appropriate code is vital for compliance with your Waste Duty of Care and is also the first step in waste classification.
Hazardous Waste Regulations
This training course will ensure that delegates understand how to comply with the Hazardous Waste Regulations including an awareness of how to correctly classify waste as hazardous or non-hazardous.
